Simple to operate with C-bus programming
Programming the C-Bus system is achieved by a powerful yet easily
learned graphical interface software package, developed by Clipsal.
The software package appeals to both electrical contractors and
building managers who can program and reprogram the C-Bus system
with a personal computer.
Each module in the C-Bus system is programmed via the installation
software and its relationship with other modules is established
at this stage. A unique identification code known as a group address
is used to establish the control relationship. This relationship
may be reprogrammed at any time.
Once programmed, the computer may be disconnected and the system
will function flawlessly. The system parameters are stored in a
non volatile memory within each module.
Even during power failures the memory is retained.
In addition "resident software" continually checks the status
of the network to ensure everything is functioning as required.
Faults in the system are automatically reported to the building
manager for servicing.
