Now you can turn off the lights after you've turned in

With the Clipsal Minder Home Automation System you can control all the lighting in your home without getting out of bed.

Lights Out

Automatic or manual control

With Clipsal Minder, a master switch can be installed next to the bed for full control of all house lights. If you hear a noise outside, just press the key and all outside lights will come on. Likewise, if a light has been left on downstairs, you can also turn it off without leaving your warm bed.

Your home's lighting system can be accessed from conveniently located keypads to turn lights on or off, or dim them to preset levels. In addition, indoor or outdoor lights can automatically come on with the use of movement detectors, for convenience and security at night.

Clipsal Minder can be programed to turn on your garden lights everyday at sunset to welcome you home, and then turn them off automatically later in the evening.

The Clipsal Minder Home Automation System is also clever enough to adjust the sunset times throughout the year.

Mood Lighting

keypadBig screen televisions are popular, but even if you don't have a big screen you can still create a movie theatre experience in your own home.

The Clipsal Minder lighting system sets the mood. Just like in a cinema, the lights can be programmed to dim down at the start of a movie and then slowly come back to full brightness at the end.

Preset levels of lighting can also be programed with Clipsal Minder. The simplest press of a key will automatically set lights to half brightness, ideal for dinner parties, another key will set the lights lower for Sunday night movies.

The key to convenience

A master key at the front door can be used to control all the lights in the home and be used for many other options.

A "Welcome Home" key, when pressed, will light up the passage and kitchen lights from one location. A "Goodbye" key, when pressed on departure, can be used to turn off every light in the house, and at the same time arm the security system.

If you are going away for a length of time the "Holiday" key can be used to activate the television, radio and lights to emulate household patterns and give the appearance there is someone home.

Added safety The lighting system can be integrated with smoke alarms to automatically turn on every light in the home in case of fire, making it easier for your family to make a safe exit.
